Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on briefs and shapewear briefs unless they arrive defective or damaged. All swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact to be eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Omaha facility using a trackable shipping method:

  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color changes):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state your desired replacement item in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your European-inspired lingerie or shapewear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
