Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using trusted carriers to ensure your European-inspired lingerie, shapewear, and swimwear arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to love your Fashion Lingerie Store purchase as much as we love designing it. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Important Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Briefs
  • Shapewear Briefs

These items may only be returned if defective or damaged upon arrival.

All swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact to be eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  2. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
